Good to know
Is there a minimum charge?
Yes, our minimum service charge is $129. For example, one or two carpet areas will be billed at $129.
Is there a travel fee?
Only if you're more than 10 miles from our base in Fairfax (ZIP 22033). In that case a flat $20 travel fee is added. Enter your ZIP in the booking form to check.
What counts as an "area"?
Any room or space up to 200 sq ft, such as a bedroom, living room or dining room. Larger rooms count as two areas. Hallways, walk-in closets, basements and stairs have their own prices.
How long until my carpet is dry?
Usually 4 to 6 hours. Running fans or AC speeds it up. Upholstery typically dries in 6 to 8 hours.
Do you move furniture?
We clean around large furniture. Please move small items, breakables and anything on the floor before we arrive.
Are your products safe for kids and pets?
Yes. We use plant-based, biodegradable cleaning solutions and rinse thoroughly so no sticky residue is left behind.
Can you remove pet urine and odors?
Our pet urine treatment and odor control add-ons break down the source of the odor rather than masking it. Very old stains may lighten rather than disappear completely.
